Schedule of Regular Events
Orientation for new participants will be incorporated into evening sessions; anyone interested in attending longer sessions is expected to come to an evening session first. Late arrivers/early departers are asked to do so during walking periods or breaks.

NOTE: Evening sessions are suspended for the time being -- Please come to the "Mindful Morning" on Saturday, Oct. 13, 10am-noon to help plan future events.
 
Evening sessions: Every Wednesday
·            6:15 pm:        Doors open
·            6:30 pm:        Brief orientation for new participants
·            7:00 pm:        Bell for sitting meditation
·            7:25 pm:        Walking meditation
·            7:30 pm:        Sitting meditation
·            7:55 pm:        Brief reading and discussion 
·            8:20 pm:        Short sitting
·            8:25 pm:        Brief liturgy, ending by 8:30 pm

Longer sessions:
The possibility of periodic longer sessions, such as half-day or full-day sits, will be discussed at the re-organizational meeting on Sept. 6th.
